Bangkok Film Festival, headquartered in the swanky, 5-day-old Mega-Mall, Paragon, in downtown Bangkok city!

The walls there, beside the pedestrians, has water gurgling gently down it, and the Mall-Theater Complex rising 6 storeys behind it. Classy.
