7-time (seven different years) All-World Full-Contact Karate champion, he is famous for "King of the Kickboxers" (where he is almost upstaged by 'Mr Director', ahem!) and for his Tae-Bo advertising slogan, "Buy my tapes or I WILL kick your lazy, fat butt!"
